14 days, no questions asked. If you bought something in Lucky Cat HSK and you would rather not have, email support@luckycathsk.com within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one.

The app itself is free. There is no subscription, nothing recurring, and nothing that renews — so there is never anything to cancel.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@luckycathsk.com from any address and tell us enough to find the purchase. The most useful details are:

roughly when you bought it, and which item;
the email address or name you used at checkout; and
if you have it, the receipt Stripe emailed you.

If you cannot find any of that, write to us anyway — we would rather find the purchase ourselves than turn you away over a missing receipt.

3. How long it takes

We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Once approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method immediately.
How fast the money actually lands is up to your bank or payment provider. Cards typically take 5–10 business days. PromptPay refunds are returned to the bank account that paid and can take several business days.

4. What happens to what you bought

When a purchase is refunded, the thing it bought is removed: the Supporter status is withdrawn, and the coins it granted are deducted from your balance. If you have already spent some of those coins, your balance can go to zero but we do not take away items you have already unlocked with them, and we do not ask you for the difference.

Refunding does not delete your account or your learning progress. Your streak, mastered words, and study history are untouched.

5. If you bought inside the Android app

Purchases made through the Google Play version are taken by Google, not by us, and Google's own refund process applies to them — Play Store → your order → request a refund. Google generally handles the first 48 hours directly. After that, or if Google declines and you are still within 14 days of buying, email us and we will help.

Purchases made on the web at luckycathsk.com are taken by Stripe on our behalf, and we refund those ourselves under this policy.

6. Beyond 14 days

We are not strict about the deadline where something clearly went wrong — a double charge, a purchase that never arrived, a payment you did not recognise or authorise. Contact us whenever you notice it and we will put it right, regardless of how long it has been.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights, and takes nothing away from them. If you are a consumer in Thailand, your rights under Thai consumer protection law apply. If you are in the EU or UK, your statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content applies as well.

If you disagree with a decision we have made, reply and say so — a person reads every message, and we would much rather resolve it directly than have you raise a dispute with your bank.
